Our mentorship program connects LGBTQ+ earth science students with peers, advisors, and professionals within earth sciences. We have two main branches:

Our allyship program educates faculty and professionals in both academia and industry on best practices for interacting with LGBTQ+ students and peers, with individual booklets for order as well as workshops that can be delivered at conferences, meetings, retreats, and other group events.
